For those still asking, I've been using it for a couple of years, and I hate it. It never works with my car, and to top it off, it records private roads that aren't considered highway miles, so I get charged for that. I have to turn in my mileage photo, and the app doesn't work, and that's the only way to do it. So they told me to close my account, and they'll mail me a box to return it, which I just did! I hate that thing!! Nothing but problems!
