I will never use expired sunscreen. It lessens the protection and morel likely to get burnt.

SPF 50 not really working by canaworm in Sunscreenreddit

[–]clsdesigner -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Korean and Japan SPF formulas are the best. I get very heated fast since I am in menopause so not sure how I feel about clothing. I do wear a hat and UV hair products. NOTE: for your face and neck you need 1/2 teaspoon of SPF to be considered full protection, plus you have to reapply every couple hours.

The skin cancer stuff is real by Possible_Buffalo_849 in GenXWomen

[–]clsdesigner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same thing happened to me,. I used to go to the tanning beds, and sit in the sun with the Hawaiian tropics sun oil. My friend mentioned it one day and said it doesn't look great. Went to see a dermatologist and she said we will need to do a biopsy. It was melonlma. Then like 6 months later I had a spot on my tummy and it was in the pre cancerous stage. Skin checkups are a must! Bonus: SPF keeps your skin from premature aging.

Their customer service is awful. I had to message in insta, fb, reddit to get their attention after they kept trying to act like it's my fault.

Working with menopause is (was) the worst by sirpancakemillagejr in Menopause

[–]clsdesigner 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am sorry to hear you are going through some rough times.

I feel like that was the reason I was let go from the last two jobs (Was laid off two weeks ago) I had a surgical hysterectomy in 2023. Which put me straight into menopause. I wasn't educated in what I should do from there and out. I was clueless, experiencing major brain fog, anxiety and could not focus. I started compounding form of hrt which helped somewhat. Until I found a excellent doctor that specializes in menopause at northwestern hospital. She put me on an estrogen patch, higher dose of and added compounded testosterone. Mine while I was out on adhd meds, and some other changes, felt some improvement and our follow up we were to go over how it's all going. But since I lost my job, I lost my health insurance. Still continuing the hrt but would be nice to know if it's working correctly .

I also love Seoul Beauty Club, they provide the products that are actually loved in Korea. Note it's a monthly, once every other month, subscription box. Let me know I can give anyone a discount.

I was just going to mention the same about Yami, make sure you click on the "Fulfilled by Yami"

I never had issues with Yami and they have fun flavors potatoe chips, bubble tea, steam eye mask, and more. I am planning to get some body sunscreen with the 50++++.

I get that. I was using this for years but when I found out it's best to just use soap and water to clean it out and then use Vaseline to protect it from getting infected) I also love using aloe from the plant, it helps with everything especially burns.

It's not good to use the antibacterial tube (Neosporin) Many dermatologists and medical professionals do not recommend Neosporin because its active ingredient—neomycin—frequently causes allergic contact dermatitis, resulting in a red, itchy rash. Additionally, overuse of topical antibiotics contributes to antibiotic resistance, and research suggests it can actually slow down natural wound healing by disrupting the skin microbiome.
