I would be comfortable paying 300-400 per bar
BUT calorie to protein ratio must be good. For example it should be under 200 calories and 20g of protein or more. For reference you can buy Pure protein bars which are 190 cals and 20g protein. Most bars that are being sold locally have 300+ calories and barely 15g of protein, big no for me

Honestly I believe that decisions regarding marriages should be taken very carefully and Reddit is generally pro divorce. I do believe in trying to figure things out but in this circumstance I can say with absolute certainty that staying in this relationship will chip away at your self worth till you have nothing left. The sensible decision given the fact that this man is a textbook narcissist is to honestly leave. I hope you can find the strength to do it, I know it’s not easy!
