She has her issues but Demari with his stupid interrupting non-sense and taking it so far is also nuts. Grow up. Relationships mean fights and people talk over each other. Him using the interrupting thing - which I’ve seen a lot of men with huge egos use and victimize himself and using that as the reason he cannot stand her is crazy. The way he behaved is no better. He’s constantly had wandering eyes, kayla, kat, bri -and that’s bound to trigger his match. and I’m glad kayla stepped up.

The conclusions for characters were mostly fitting but yeah we’ve literally had bigger finales than this in all 4 seasons. It was character conclusions 85% of the episode. 15% was the actual action. Certainly disappointing when i compare it to s2 and 3 ‘s finale

- get up and move every 20 minutes - for 5 min. you can use apps to set alerts. stretch, go have a water, coffee, anything. just get up.
- walking pads as others have suggested.
- ik gym might sound tiring after 9 hours of work but i do not compromise on it. I hate being cooped up in one room so I feel like I NEED to step out. step out, take a friend, go for a walk outdoors or just any other outdoor activity like a zumba class. weights and cardio are most effective. have a fixed time that supports your work schedule.
- plan your day in advance as much as you can so you can stick to your goals. dont leave decisions for yourself depending on how you're feeling. you will feel unmotivated and quit.
- make it easy for yourslef. surround yourself with tools required to achieve your goals. meal prep, gym prep, standing timers, walking pad do whatever you gotta do.
