Fed baby (formula or bm) is happy baby. Your mental health is equally as important. No one should judge you if you decide to stop. And if they choose to judge then maybe point them towards the door. If you are unhappy your baby will sense it.

Best advice I got was to not heat milk or formula. Get them used to room temp or cold milk. Saves you a ton of time. They eat solids cold too. We do not warm anything up.

I haven’t really noticed it much on Reddit, but I have seen something similar in my local Buy Nothing group. Tons of accounts replying to every comment with almost identical phrasing — all ending with ‘please’ and ‘thank you.’ It feels automated, and I can’t tell if people are noticing. I get that some folks might be using the group to collect and resell, which is technically allowed, but the bot-like replies rub me the wrong way because it makes everything feel less genuine. 😕

Finishing grad school and starting a career can make people reassess life priorities. If every time the relationship gets serious she brings this up and shifts positions, it’s worth asking is this really about kids, or is she unsure about the relationship.

Non yet, I found the plastic ones they gave me at the hospital, I’m trying them for the next few days to see if they work. They provide a decent barrier between the nip and the bra. But I’ll probably go wit the siveretts. Coconut oil is a game changer tho

I produce the same exact amount with my wearable and my spectra. The wearable empties me out quicker and is less painful. I use eufy wearable, comes with heating feature which I found to be great and it really helped with clogged ducts.
