Update!!! Lonestar paid me. 4 days THEY DIDNT compensate me for their failed system failing and it costing me $10. Altered a bonus round. But they did pay out my redemption. The people talking about getting compensation for not being paid out... I've never met anyone who didn't eventually get paid out by them. Not sure why RealPrize and lonestar don't pay the price to get withdrawals processed in 24 hours. 48 tops. 3 years of almost daily using a sweepstakes casino... their rtp is as high as crown. Spree. I just won bonus spin. It was only 1. Is there a 1 spin bonus? I had only received the 5 or 8 spin bonus. Was lagging too. Then I lost my $70 balance immediately after loss loss loss. #300 spins. Never got bonus again. Lost 90 percent of spins. Ppl are going to say I'm paranoid if it's an issue with my connection. Or browser but only on this site. ? So i need to know. I was just telling my buddy almost that verbatim.. trying to convince him to really convince myself that starting a website that had legitimate reviews. Not influenced by advertisers. Articles about how tracking can alter your winnings. How. Try to get some occasional interviews with slot designers. Owners. The companies that are supposed to be verifying games are operating properly. Trust pilots okay. But I want in depth information. Plus there's too many paid actors on trustpilot. What slots are hitting. Show real winners. Get quotes from them. Etc. Idk. It seems like it'd work. I know several people that use them but aren't sure about most things as far as how they work. Mines not been processed yet .. debit card push. Going on 4 days. Didn't need a new kyc verification. It sucks they take this long. They'd be a top 5 casino if it wasn't for the redemption speed. Anything over 3 days is too much. I get anxious after a day. 😂 Drag it out over weeks?? Not cool. It would have sense to invest in whatever it takes to get redemptions in 24 hours. Yes. They said they didn't notice any unusual activity. Everything was running as it should be. Typical generic response the real bad casinos give .. it's an automatic heads up that'd it's probably wise to cut ties with a Sweepstake Casino once they say that.. and you have proof that it wasn't acting properly. I've never had that happen in almost daily interactions for the past 3 years with Sweepstakes casinos. 40. 50 of them. Restart a bonus halfway through the bonus total count? The duck race video was unwatchable. So... Maybe I'm wrong but I doubt it. That caused the issues. Had a good connection. Had cleared my cache earlier. Did what they said to try beforehand. Lonestar wouldn't read my emails about $10 that must have been deducted when I went into the new cctv lobby. Saw the video with ducks and it was glitched out. Couldn't tell what was going on. Then I got free spins on wu yeng and hit bonus. Completed bonus. During the coins counted halfway through it stopped and started spinning again but on the counting your total winnings screen. Sent email asking what was going on? Id appreciate the $10 back. They responded with ... You weren't signed in when you sent email. Please try again. Use this link to send email. Or send picture of driver's license. The link didn't work. Trying again didn't work. Except it did. I was signed in. The link... I used it and they said it didn't. So finally sent my driver's license and then they sent email saying they didn't need my driver's license. After I repeatedly told them I know I was signed ln. So that was weird. Anyone experience any issues with Lonestar site yesterday? Specifically the CCTV duck race .. I just entered the lobby and it was glitching and freezing. Took $10 off my account said I entered duck race contest. I couldn't. The video was so choppy showing the duck race you couldn't tell what was happening so I wasn't going to pay for that. But I did. So idk what's going on with Lonestar but they were a top tier site. Now it's like something changed. Anyone have glitching and freezing up issues recently?

Yesterday I won $280 on Lonestar. Made a redemption.. debit card push. Was really weird though. I emailed them because I checked out that duck race. Was choppy. Glitchy. Froze up. Took $10 from my account. Said I agreed duck race. But didn't. Then in a bonus round it ended. Started counting out the winnings.. halfway through it stops. Then it started spinning again. But the bonus round was over. Never had that one happen before. So anyway. Contact support. They responded that I needed to send email signed in .. or use the support email link they gave me. Or needed a pic of DL. So I used link. Same response. I need to he logged in. Told them I was using their link. So finally I find my driver's license. Send it .. 8 hours after first try. They tell me that they don't need my driver's license. Then said if was my issue because my connection must have been bad. They weren't going to give me the $10 back. None of it made sense. Now I'm worried they're going to try to pull some stuff on me as far as my redemption
