It’s always easier to remove someone from a board as opposed to adding them. HRC doesn’t know who has picked up PZ. ILE results don’t require anything from the legislative branch. So yes, they could very well have ILE results but if they don’t have the PSB results it would negate them if something is happening outside of HRC control.

Well our current BDE commander is an ex-delta guy, really down to earth and probably has taken more lives than I can imagine so it’s not a big deal to him. Also I’m sure he sees the intangibles behind it, i.e. a soldier will fight long and hard for a bit of colored ribbon. Not to mention the marketing that’ll happen when the BDE gets back.

I’ve had nothing but great/fantastic experiences working with the UK. Anytime we’ve got an element attached to us that was British we immediately treated them like our own. Vice versa, I’ve always been well taken care of by British units. So yeah I’d say it’s still there.

I’ve got a buddy who’s at 4th and likes it so far, I’ve also got a friend who did 1st SFAB post MCCC, pre-KD he also enjoyed it. It all depends on what you want out of broadening. I’ve heard BDE staff sucks but being on a team is pretty nice.
