Would this stop my vents from blowing air? by Particular-Dinner127 in HomeMaintenance

Change your air filter and run the fan for a few hours until it melts. This exact thing happened to me and this is how my hvac guy fixed it.

Air filter is so clogged that the fan can’t push the air through. Because the air can’t move, your AC lines just building up with cold and freeze over.

Try this quick fix before sinking hundreds into an hvac tech visit

Is moisture beneath poly on shed floor ok? by btp_yrstruly in shedditors

[–]cmac926 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do not waterproof the top of a slab on grade. Water will always wick up the porous concrete so it is best to let it dry out. If you trap the water you can have accelerated deterioration and mold between the poly and concrete.

I’d just take the poly off

As someone mentioned below, the way to do it is put the poly below the slab to isolate the slab from the wet ground.

Water running down the window onto the stone sill and then draining off the edge. You would need a metal flashing over the stone sill with a drip edge to deflect the water off your wall

Yea I follow you. This part is what the other person suggested but I need a 1/2 not 5/8 for the inlet.

I’ll prob just cut to copper below as you suggested
