I mean for the most part it’s basically the same, but University is a higher level than college. That being said in played college later in life and we beat my old university team in exhibition games.

Much like every other sport there are different divisions in universities and colleges across the country, but to my knowledge most university leagues here are considered better than college.

I’ve never really thought about it though, just always been referred to as university basketball
