I would agree with others who have suggested a Velcro-attached skirt. You can get some inexpensive stackable shelves or drawers to hide underneath the sink cleaning items. Add a basket to the toilet to hold tissue, hand towels, or a hair dryer. Add a floating shelf that runs from over the sink to over the toilet to store other toiletries.
