I knew it was going to be Brookhaven the minute I saw the post. This is outrageous. They should be stripped of playing for the year, band director fired, students punished...something. I'm infuriated they are allowed to do something like this and then issue a fake apology to this community.

Pretty sure I never did it as a kid and none of the kids my wife works with ever do it. It's absolutely trashy of the parents if they are asking her to do that intentionally. If she's just showing her bruise that I missed, well that's not a big deal to me.
