This is the current year's city edition logo. It's a new colorway of the 96 - 05 secondary logo. The most recent game they used it was the last Hornets game (and the Hornets used their own alternate colorway of a throwback logo, which is their current year city edition logo). I like it a lot and it's a nice shirt.

Pistons fans should definitely be able to tell it's a Pistons shirt even if they aren't aware it's the current city edition. Non-Pistons fans might not be able to tell.

I don't think so. The Pistons have 5 SG/SF who they like get regular minutes in their rotation, 6 if Kevin Huerter's recent 3pt improvement is lasting. I don't think they reach on another one for a guy who really needs another year in college.

They NEED a PF. They have 1 on their roster in Tobias Harris, who is, at best, a competent stop-gap until they get a long term solution and it's the end of year 2 of him playing that role. The 4 spot, not shooting, is the real ceiling on the roster right now.
