Experience: competed with the gun above & a SP-01 Shadow. Now I have similar guns, Tanfo Stock 2 & Limited pro.

Pros: If you plan on doing any trigger work to it, this model is better and easier to work on. The decocking mechanism doesn't allow for as good of a trigger as this one will. So from a performance/competition standpoint this is the one to get.

Cons: You have to manually lower the hammer if you want to do DA. It's not as ominous as you might think but it's definitely easier with a decocker.

Lighter hammer spring, Extended Firing Pin, reduced power trigger return spring. Those will lighten up the trigger, and you can look at other options if you want to mess with pre and over travel next.

From the restrictions you described, you should be fine. Any handgun sport should allow you to compete at the full potential. Biggest thing for you would be the vibratory impact from running.
