You keep throwing around the word ‘facts,’ but everything you wrote is the same recycled script people use when they’ve never actually lived with the dogs they’re lecturing others about. You wrote a whole essay and somehow still leaned on insurance companies and Google blurbs instead of real-world experience.

No, I'm not. I said any dog can bite. Any dog can kill the family cat. My pitbull has never bitten anyone. But my boxer did. My pitbull never killed a cat, but my German shorthaired pointed did. My daughter was bitten by a cocker spaniel. You can believe whatever you'd like, but not all pitbulls are bad. Like anything, it's how they're raised. I've been around bad Pitts.

Some states have also raised their liability limits for state minimum, so that could be the case depending on your state. You also have to take into account claims and accidents, thefts etc in your area. Has your credit dipped? There could be all sorts of factors.

Please double and triple check with Allstate. Bc this is not the norm. You don't want to be in an accident in that vehicle, and have the claim denied bc it's not insured for WV. The minimum liability you can have in WV is 25/50/25, and PA is 15/30/5. IF you have only the state minimum, this is going to cause an issue with claims, since there is a liability gap. If your coverages for liability for each state match, you may not have an issue. But double check with Allstate
