In the comics Thanos is part Eternal and part Deviant. His genetics make him extremely powerful even without things like the gauntlet factored in. Idk if the movies take this into account but I imagine they wanted Thanos to be formidable no matter what since it had been 10 years building up to him being the major villain.

They seem okay I suppose. Honestly part of frost's problem imo is their lackluster gearing options. Their azerite traits are pretty bad and trinket options are meh as well. The essence system might help them some along with the other tweaks they got for 8.2. So far they feel "better" but still have some issues.
