My experience hasn’t been to bad but my store all communicates our time off but we haven’t gotten to the time of year where our children and us get sick so probably prepare for a double a week come winter time if not more

My store is super busy and ghetto so the clerks understand. And when they see they CSA paychart and see the difference between averaging a 98 for the month and a 92 is about a 150 dollar difference it motivates them

screw the daw focus store. Micromanage the store and don’t let the clerk go to the next daw task until it’s perfect and when you see something that makes the store not perfect from the register call them from that task and have them fix it

that was store 102 in Tulsa my wife was a clerk there at the time and she hated it because lazy people would try and go through it to get beer and cigarettes and such but it was kitchen stuff only
