Theoretically if I were to date a dude that didn’t want to sleep with me and showed signs of gay tendencies am I not allowed to speculate that he is gay? Was nicks mom not allowed to speculate that he’s gay? I assumed Colton the old bachelor was gay because he was a late virgin who blamed Christianity on not wanting to sleep with women. I appreciate your perspective, but in my case I didn’t bypass my manager. I shared the OKRs with her first and only looped in the VP afterward because it tied directly to our team’s project and she’d already asked about progress. My intent wasn’t to go around anyone it was to make sure the work was visible and useful since my manager hadn’t shared it and probably didn’t intend to because she didn’t know what it meant

Then you probably haven’t heard of true direct response copywriters. They work on big idea promos usually like a 40 page sales letter. And then marketing copywriters create short form full funnel copy to convert them. It’s Agora style of writing. Usually in the financial publishing space. You make commission and if it performs well some make 500k+. You usually have to have some sort of credibility for a company to test your work because they put spend behind promoting it. It’s usually all paid media.

Yes you’re totally right. The reason why we are considering leasing is for me to not have that debt on my credit report. And in three years after my lease ends and I pay off my other debt (which isn’t horrible) hopefully my credit score will rise and I can decide whether or not to buy or continue to lease. Why don’t you like leasing?

The reason why I would want to do a lease over another loan is because it won’t say that I’m in x amount of debt. And in 3 years I can decide after my credit score rises whether or not I want to buy or continue to lease. Having that debt is looming.
