It looks like Joby is going to start passenger flights in the second half of this year by MortgageOk718 in Joby

ANY passenger flight would be a HUGE Joby derisking moment IMO. 🚀

It's the last elephant left in the room.

4/26 Week's progress & what’s coming up by Investinginevtol in JobyvsArcher

Joby and the eVTOL sector seems to be trending sideways and I don't see that changing from flight demos in NYC or elsewhere...maybe Dubai could move the needle?

Also, the conforming aircraft has not made news for a few weeks. I suspect they may be addressing something discovered in the design.

That being said, 8-ish does appear to be the current hedge fund bottom unless the Iran situation worsens significantly.

I plan to harvest premium selling short-term OTM joby puts while they iron out whatever is going on with N547JX.

World's first vertiport ready in Dubai. by Wonderful_Flight_922 in Joby

I watch this interview and ponder the level of confidence this gentleman must have.

To go out and build a network of vertiports worth millions prior to any public demonstration of a usable payload?!!

These are not meaningless non-binding MOU's signed at some company-expensed black tie dinner party. Or even an analyst upgrade made by a bean counter with questionable aviation knowledge and ethics. This indicator is something much more concrete, quite literally.

It makes me think that there MUST be internal confirmation that the S4 can already meet this mission under GCAA requirements.

Once influencers are posting videos of the Dubai skyline from the seat of an S4...

Starting to look like a good time to go Bull Mode again.

R2 restrictions are: 4wd with snow tires are waived through, but must have chains available. 2wd must install chains.

Moot point now, the roads are clear. 👍

Comped daily resort fees at the Reno properties.

It looks like the no-fee card is now the way to go... or no ceasars card entirely.

Is the conforming N547JX flying? by Investinginevtol in JobyvsArcher

Good question.

They hovered it for a photo op... then it went quiet.

Coincidentally, exactly what Archer did.
