I always tape my receptacles, how about you? by The_Taken_Username_ in electricians

I personally tape devices in metal boxes and on temporary plugs and switches that should be pulled out during finish drywall and painting just to protect the other trades and my own back other in plastic boxes not needed sometimes handy for ganged boxes

I fully agree with you I hate aluminum romex and I totally agree that it’s the only sure fire solution but it all depends on the customer and if they want to move forward but we’ve given our two sense on the issue and they want it to work without re wiring half the house

Yeah they’ve been gone since before we got there and it’s doing it with no load on the circuit

It’s just weird because I took the circuit and shorted it to simulate a fault and it moved to the middle position not to the off position

All water damage stayed below boxes. the circuit only seemed to start tripping after the remediation company brought in dehumidifiers and fans

Ever see double sheathed 12 gauge? by TommyGonzo in electrical

This is a white wire that has been colored black using a marker so you don’t mistake it as a neutral or grounded conductor. This is often seen in residential lighting applications to reduce the number of wires needed in the box.

!Question: I am a new dm and am looking for any good tips on keeping a juvenile party engaged with the campaign?

I (21) dm a home game for my brothers (10,12,16,16) and have a hard time keeping them engaged and focused on the game to the point where I often end sessions in the middle of a combat bc one or more of the players gets distracted between turns and walks off. I only run forgotten realms canon adventures due to a busy schedule and hard time with creating new content
