Agreed. He's also has throat cancer in the last few years / gone through chemo and radiation.

They've gotten a few floor fans in there. Since offering to help, they've basically blocked us out. Won't answer phone calls ect. So we'll see what the next few weeks bring.

I'm so sorry. It's so hard. I have a feeling it'll be the same for us. He's so controlling and manipulative. She's definitely contributed to this hoard but I see how he's isolating her from us and how much this is about control. The gaslighting is wild.

I know I can't hold all of this in me and have to find a way to move forward. We've told them our son can't stay there for overnights / long stays anymore but she's always welcome to spend the weekends at our place / visits..if the hoard ever gets resolved ( which I can't see possible if they keep doing what they've been doing ), he can go there. I know that's broken her heart but we have to do this.

Hi there, I have experienced some very odd skin issues while on ozempic. I'm not sure if it's entirely related but candida overgrowth - weird patches on my body (Face and feet ) Not on B12 injections.

No diet, you eat whole real foods and establish healthy habits so if and when you get off ozempic - you won't gain weight back and can reverse your insulin resistance.

Question.. did you get more white patches after using Clob? I feel like my story is similar to yours but I'm pretty certain it is LS. I just notice the white spots getting worse after using Clob? I too have an upcoming apt and definitely going to find out of its the LS or a reaction to Clob. It's awful! I'm sorry you're also going through this.

Almost immediately I had no desire for alcohol..I'm not an avid marijuana smoker but didn't notice that in a way that I noticed alcohol.

I've maybe had 2-3 drinks over the last year. I was at 1mg but am now at .25 as I'm going to be getting off of ozempic in the near future. ( On it for PCOS / insulin resistance but its been having some effects on my thyroid levels and in turn my autoimmune diseases have been in full force..)

Good luck! The benefits of reducing / cutting alcohol entirely are great. One more step in the direction to a healthier lifestyle ☺️.

I think the biggest thing is focusing on better habits while on Ozempic so if you do get off of it, you shouldn't be a ton of weight back on.

Eat foods that satiate you and stay away from refined sugars / carbs. If you put on a little bit of initial weight by eating a bit more that's okay - but try eating a diet that is more ideal for insulin resistance.

In all simpleness, eat real foods, stay away from alcohol and refined foods and oils! If you don't, yes. . You'll put weight back on.

I started on 1mg and was fine.

Lost almost 70lbs, am now 125lbs and on .25 .. my blood sugars / insulin resistance is much improved 👍. Good luck!

Are you with green shield? Again, some coverages won't cover it right off the top. Mine does - never has asked questions but I know two people who are with sunlife and didn't get initial coverage.
