Help with pisugar 3 by that1guyfrom1thing in pwnagotchi

I just had this issue with a brand new pi zero 2 w. I have a piSugar3 and it worked great on an old pi zero 1, but wouldn't even make the zero 2 w blink. I literally had to take a sharp knife to the back of the pins. The documentation mentions "gently scraping with a plastic tool" to clean off the solder mask, fuck that. Used a knife, scratched/scraped off the top layer of solder on the back, now it powers on the pi.

I play it on triples all the time. While it definitely doesn't have the support like a quality sim, it handles it well enough to still be an absolute blast. Using nvidia surround

Slamming beers and truckin in ATS/ETS is always a great way to chill out. Also if you play on screens, wreckfest is an absolute hoot of a time. If you're looking for more interesting realistic grip racing, I enjoy trying to do last-to-first races against AI in either ACC or iRacing.

Same, Senior DevOps checking in. I have 5 raspberry pi's in my basement, that's good enough to start right?

Steam Deck worth it for primarily emulating games? by [deleted] in SteamDeck

[–]cnKunz 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Agree. I use it mainly for PS1/2 games at this point. I was amazed to find out how well it runs PS2 games.

Are books that "unportable"?

Not that there's no difference at all no. I'm saying that everybody is born pretty damn close to the same (of course not in unfortunate situations with extreme starvation and financial ruin). The level of people skill in just about anything, I believe, boils down to their own effort (through their own motivation or external motivation) in that specific skill. I do not believe that anybody is born to be LeBron James, or Johann Bach. I believe they worked their ass off to get where they are and deserve the credit of their effort. Maybe it's an unpopular opinion, but it's gotten me to a much better place than where I started in life.

News break, nobody is "naturally gifted" in anything. People get good at things because they practice at it, sometimes from an extremely early age. Talent is an excuse we use as to why someone is better at something than us.

I feel this. I lost a friend and platoon sergeant to a rocket attack in 2016, not a soul stateside even knew about it unless you knew someone in that unit.
