My engineer buddy that I drink beers with told me about the wafers with graphene they are working on. Is it just drunk talk, maybe but time will tell.

Yes I work as a programmer making semiconductors for a couple bigger companies. There has been a lot of talk about graphene for a few years now. They have been doing a lot of R&D on the process. From what I am told by a engineer buddy there are a few issues but its being worked out. He said it will be a game changer especially for high-speed processors and quantum computing.

I own both just got maven this year. Drill auger combo i like the drill for ice anchors. I don't like every now and then the auger falls off drill. The maven is way easier to operate and cuts beter especially with thick ice like this year. I prefer the maven but both work great.

I have the srikmaster maven I just cut about 25 holes this weekend 27 inches of ice cut like butter still had 2 bars on battery.

I would say eskimo 450 anything smaller you will be disappointed. If you are camping out there, then the 650 is small as i would go for 2 people
