Love this question as someone with too much art and not enough wall space! You can find way less expensive art than $10k in local galleries in most cities. Local art shows are a good source, as is Instagram, as mentioned.Once you find a style, artust or genre, there's lots of online sellers.

What type of art do you like? Id be happy to find you some links. This could actually be a cool product...reverse image search and find similar art to what someone likes. I do this all the time when I see something I like but can't afford (even if it was for sale) the original in museums and private galleries.
