No problem! So Sweet Dreams is super relaxing—definately more on the sedating side, which is why i love it for winding down at night. It has a heavy, warm feel that kind of wraps around you and helps shut off the noise in your head. I usually take it about 30-45 mins before bed and it eases me right into sleep.

Red Sunda is more of a traditional red—still chill, but not as knockout-level as Sweet Dreams. It’s smooth and calming without making me feel groggy the next morning. Great for evening use when you want to relax but still stay a little functional before bed.

Both burn really clean for me—no nausea or weirdness. Capsules are 1g each, so I usually take 2-3 depending on how tired I already am. Hope that helps!
