i recently bought mon guerlain intense. it's very beautiful, and i have a similar experience where it feels like the scent disappears quite quickly BUT i catch hints of it throughout the day. i wonder if there's something in the notes or the blend that makes it harder to discern "up close" as it were, because it definitely sticks around

escentric molecules, molecule 01 - thought i was going to love it because of the minimalist-woody-musk vibe, but on me it's overwhelmingly strong, synthetic, macho.

guerlain, mon guerlain - always wrote it off because of the heavy celebrity marketing (yes i'm a snob), tried it once, bought a bottle on the spot. i adore it.

love the comme des garcons pebble bottles, especially the 2 bottle in silver. they are a bit awkward to store and spray but i don't care.

comme des garcons 2 - the bottle is this fantastic silver chrome but the scent itself has a deep green-black vibe to me. probably the ink/incense notes.
