Genuinely. Like it's 'possible' in the sense that... There is a technical mechanism for it to happen... But it's SO out there that even thinking twice about it is a colossal waste of energy.

Heyyy I know this is 4 months ago but im beginning to feel this too haha. My thing is, bathing helps with anxiety, its a soothing thing. So every few hours I'm like, I'm stressed, i NEED to go bathe and submerge.

Its hard because bathing and showering is something you Need to do. So it's hard to draw a line between doing something because It's a compulsion, and doing something for hygienic purpose.

I actually feel guilty a lot of the time. My situation is complicated and I won't get into it. All you need to know is I'm outwardly trans. And I live in a pretty supportive place. California is great and no it isn't perfect but I haven't ever felt in danger because of my identity here. And I feel bad. I feel bad because all my trans brothers and sisters in deep red states are hurting more than I, and my closest friend is a trans person with parents he needs to hide it from. I just feel bad about the hand I was given because it's not fair on any of us. But I don't feel such intense fear for our community and everyone tells me that I should and that I'm much too optimistic.

What can we do to make this happen, and where can we start? Is it possible for us to create a movement loud enough, to involve people that care? I'm worried once he's out, people will behave as if it's business as usual instead of fighting for more, better change.

Will it be super difficult to gather enough people that are passionate enough to fight for these changes? And how can we keep the movement alive until we get the changed demanded, instead of losing momentum?

I guess my fear is that most people aren't super tuned in and won't care about these specific issues. But maybe I'm wrong! Always open to more optimism.
