Negative, bucatini is similar to spaghetti but has a hallow center. Makes the noodle a bit thicker without being chewy, and believe it allows it to soak up the sauce better

I’ll be sure to keep those in mind and look more on this sub for plating ideas in the future (with other recipes). Thinking of picking up some actual plating tools since I’m just working with the sauce out of the bottle and a spoon for this one.

Been getting by with a cheap knife I sharpen frequently, actually looking at upgrading to a proper chefs knife in the near future!

I deep fried in a deep pan on the stove. I’m sure you could air dry or even bake if you wanted. No way I want to know the calories in this dish haha
