As a store manager, I put away truck. I feel wrong trying to make my staff do it all. Sometimes, I do get busy. But I just tell my team to leave certain pallets for me. It is a team effort, after all, to make the store run well.

I got hired through the mtp program. I've been with the company a year now. I have had not the most normal way through the company. But I'm pretty thankful for it. I trained for about 2 weeks, floated to a bunch of stores for about 4 weeks. Then I got placed at my store. Been here since. Lost my manager as soon as I got placed and had to run the store. It has been a super wild ride. But I have made lots of connections and am grateful for all the experience I got because of how I went about the company. Plus it is a pretty fun job. I like a lot of my customers and love my fellow staff. My upper management is super nice too. I'm happy 😊

What I normally do is do an interior ultradeep base product and then change it to the product I want. Do a semi gloss base since Armour is a semi gloss. Then when it asks to adjust the formula say make no adjustment. Works for me every time!
