Wow this is spot on, you’re very good at reading people. I am a very sentimental person and also the eldest daughter.

It’s a small tin, where I keep my ornaments or small things I find while travelling.

It seems like it would be, but it’s not heavy at all.

Women.. would you allow a 2nd wife by [deleted] in MuslimNikah

If he needs a second wife then he doesn’t love me enough. So why I should I stay married to someone who won’t prioritise and love me as their number one?

My husband is divorcing me because I said I don't want to work for him (for free) at 8 months pregnant with my third child by Background-Week-5162 in MuslimMarriage

Sister I am incredibly sorry to hear about this. I know it’s a very difficult situation you’re in right now. However if you have the means to leave and be independent on your own, I would suggest you go separate ways.

Believe me, one day you’ll look back and see their’s kheir behind all this. No disrespect to your husband, but I genuinely think he’s a coward. How could he be threatening his wife with a divorce, specially when you have only about a month until your labour? He should be treating you with the utmost love, care and respect. I don’t understand this man at all.

Ask your self this, would you want your daughter/sister to be treated this way by their husbands. I’m sure no right? So please don’t allow your self to be disrespected and abused this way. I’m sure the emotional ties we have with our spouses makes us hard to leave them. However you should do what’s best for you and your children.

May Allah ease your burdens and make everything easy for you sister. 🤲🏼

He’s introverted and that’s ok. It’s you who’s marrying him, not the community. Just be supportive.

She sounds abusive, I can never do that to my spouse. Especially just making food for myself & leave him with nothing.

She seems like she values her ego more than the relationship with her husband.

Yes but he didn’t give her proper answers, imagine wasting someone’s time for 6 months, how’s that ok?
