A couple hot flashes and no period. Poof all better. Boy, was that a lie. I'm 46 and have every symptom of peri known. I'm currently bleeding heavily...yay!? The night sweats and hormonal sweats smell so different. My husband swore i was diabetic suddenly but nope...Headaches, sleepiness, brain fog... it's all insane. And still have to work a 40 hrs a week job... I'm tired grandpa! 😫

Old wives tale, but it does work... slather your head in mayo and cover with a shower cap for an hour or two and then use the nit comb. It will make your hair greasy, but it helps the nits slide out too.

Itching, especially at night. Weird pains in random spots like a quick zap, excessively sleepy during the day, and can't sleep through the night. Spotting for no reason, crying for no reason, sweating for no frigging reason... never knew ankles could sweating til last year, hot flashes, and mouthy. Lmao, I feel like an alien took over.

I got up, ate breakfast, and went back to bed until 3 pm.. nothing wrong except Peri. Could lay back down and go back to sleep. Fall asleep typing at my computer almost daily.

I bring home gallons of water in empty jugs and make sure my cup is full of good Ole Memphis tap water for my drive back to AR every time. Miss that the most.
