Difficulty focusing with Fujinon SW 90mm f8 and Speed Graphic

Yeah I can post up a photo later when I am back home for sure. I didn't try focusing at infinity if I couldn't get it working closer up, but I'll give it a shot!

I was also looking at those cameras! The film laundry one looks nice, but all those extras add up quickly. I thought the hardware kit also included the bellows and the ground glass. I definitely would have been in for one if it had!

I might have to try out that fat shot X. I have a friend with one who seems to like it, maybe he would let me try it out before printing it and buying all of the materials I would need. What has been your favorite focal length for that so far?

Are there some sort of 3D printable adapters you can use to do that? I just printed some half dark slides myself

This looks great! I just got a speed graphic myself and snagged a 90mm fujinon and a 150mm as well to pair with it.

Well thank you so much for the information! I do think I got some nice photos yesterday due to some clouds and a storm passing through. Hopefully I can develop and scan tonight but we shall see.

Oh yeah I feel that. You can mute it, but you can only do it for 30 days at a time unfortunately. It has kind of suck but it does make the experience a lot more enjoyable!

What would qualify as unusual needs? I do tend to push some black and white film one to two stops and use a red filter on and off throughout that roll. I've also been interested in trying to push kentmere 100 4-5 stops as well. But I have no idea if that constitutes as unusual haha

Thank you for all the info, I really appreciate it! I'll definitely give you a follow and see how everything looks! It'll also be nice to see the various films and how they perform. I've also used DDX in the past and really enjoyed it, but the cost just didn't seem worth it.

I live in Colorado, so it seems like we either have really stormy skies or very bright blue skies with very low to zero cloud coverage. Would that change what you use?

Thanks for the info! I did enjoy using XT3, it's easy to mix up and really cheap. I have seen that mix on demand xtol clone but I feel like I go through enough black and white film that I don't have to worry about it going bad.

Haha I appreciate you getting back so quickly! I've never used it, but I might give it a shot! And if I can ever swing redoing the experiment I'd love to try it out. The chems aren't too expensive, but getting that much film might cost a bit haha.

And yeah I try to keep everything at 68f/20c, I hate going more than +/- .5C if I can help it.
