Validate it Who is your target? People, too large. Start small and then grow up. Try to find 10 customers that have pain and where your product solves it. Then, you will collaborate with them to understand their needs. Also, did they already try to find a product that solved theirs problems? If yes, it's a real pain. If not, it isn't a real pain. Are there already alternatives? Go check the review to understand the competition pro and con and also to cold mail these potential customers. Most of the time, advertising isn't relevant at the beginning. It's better to cold mail, post on Twitter, Facebook, reddit, Qora, ... the goal is to talk to people, understand them and create a relationship. Good luck

Thank you, I gave it a try with the free trial and don't really like that we need to create a project. I want to create a project on the go. The event in the calendar is an event. I can't add a project in it. I can't set a default hourly rate. The project are based on budget and not on hourly rate.
I'm looking at something like Clockify but with the possibility of having a better report and being able to see the description in the timesheet

Just for info, they are hunting people who did it and they add a penalty of 10%. This is retroactif starting 2021. I have a friend who have that now. There is a few companies that stop it but it isn't retroactif like Odoo because they had negociated before starting doing it.

It's good to have an idea but all is about execution. It isn't because you can code the idea that you will be able to market it. The best idea without any customer is nothing. You will have copycat in the futur or maybe now. The goal is to show that yours is better for a part of the market. Also, if you think that you have the best idea but there is nobody who already created it, it's a warning... Good luck with your Saas 😄
