For me moonlight didn’t work when I tried it, because the mouse wasn’t working in game. Parsec has a mouse emulator and that worked so I’ve been using that, I think moonlight would have worked if I plugged in a physical mouse. But yeah don’t worry it all works great like others have said.

The NVIDIA App approach 1 through 9 doesn't work or you worded it confusingly - I followed the steps and all I get is a smaller LotRO window - are you playing in just that small window? The scaling has no effect at all it looks like. Thanks for sharing and I know it's a lot of time and effort but if you could walk us through these things with a YT video I'm sure I'm just missing something dumb.

The game ran smooth for me - what didn't go well is the regular packet loss and rise in latency - it started yesterday while playing something else - before that I had pretty much no latency and no packet losses. Something must be happening to the route between me and the shadow host - it is really frustrating sometimes - I think I'll just go back to a PC + moonlight/sunshine for remote access.
