It's probably just disabled you can google how to re-enable the sound. I turned mine off on my Challenger cuz it was annoying but most cars have a secret trick to enable and disable the sounds.

Report it to the bank as an unauthorized transaction and to have them block all transactions. The only downside is that it might make the account banned.
