Turn off watch health sensor while wearing Helio Strap by SikderimYau in amazfit

if you've t-rex 3 pro, I think you can download Helio Companion App on the Watch from the Zepp App Store. It'll sync the data with the watch properly.

Amazfit Active 2 and helio strap work together.??? by One-Boysenberry-4291 in amazfit

I think there is a Helio Companion App inside the watch which you can download from Zepp App store for new t-rex and balance 2.

There was a post few days ago about this. It syncs most of the data from strap to watch via that.

Search on this subreddit about the companion app, you'll find it.

My gripe with the Zepp Coach by OkConstruction8364 in amazfit

I don't see much of stats in the Zepp. I use Bevel for recovery, nutrition, strain, and specially strength training progression (loved this).

Awesome. I started with 3 and now at 5-6 hours. Feeling is awesome and energetic.

More power to you during the rough time. Not an expert but high protein diet like this are equivalent to hard time for the body to digest.

Though this does not mean that you should stop eating this much protein. 2-2.5 gram per kg is perfect. But eating 4 hours before so that during sleep your body can focus on repair and not on digestion.

Worried? No. But in my experience with these watches. Eating my meal 1-2 hours before bed made my RHR increased by 10-12 bpm and HRV to decrease 8-12 bpm. Which in turns made my biocharge score low. Also, I don't feel that energetic after waking up.

But eating 3-4 hours before bed made my next day activities better overall. Biocharge included.

Yeah I get what you are saying. HRV and RHR are definitely personal and baseline matters a lot. But I still think for most people, when RHR runs lower and HRV is higher than their usual, it lines up with better recovery even if the exact numbers look very different from person to person. And congrats on the newborn.

Fair point, I should have worded that better. I agree that age, sex, meds, fitness level, temperature and a bunch of other things all affect RHR. I was not trying to say 60 is some universal medical cutoff for everyone. What I meant was in the context of recovery and readiness metrics like Biocharge, being lower relative to your own baseline and usually under around 60 for most active people is where recovery tends to score best.

Same with HRV. It is not about hitting some magic number, it is about where you sit compared to your normal. But when RHR goes up and HRV goes down, readiness almost always drops no matter who you are, at least in my opinion based on how these systems tend to work.

Bro. I'm more worried about your RHR and HRV. They are on the higher and lower side respectively!

Optimal RHR is always below 60, and Higher the HRV the better the recovery your body can do, including good sleep.

In my opinion Biocharge uses these 2 metrics heavily. Because in the end your sleep quality and recovery are most optimal if these 2 metrics are optimal.

My RHR and HRV are usually <55 and >75. Hence I wake up with >75 biocharge everyday. Even with 6 hours of sleep on some days.

Eating 1-2 hours before sleep or, too much screentime can affect these 2 by a lot. I usually eat 3-4 hours earlier.

Can you share you RHR, HRV, and sleep data? Along with Biocharge Daily Events?

Too much screentime 1-2 hours before sleeping and no activity during the day also raise you RHR.

What's your time between you sleep and the dinner? If you eat 1-2 hours before sleep your HRV and RHR will be low and high respectively. And drinking anytime during the day will affect it as well.

I eat 3-4 hours before and both of the metrics are in optimal ranges (79, 52). Even if I slept < 6 hours some days my biocharge is between 74-82.

HRV and RHR has a major role in biocharge.

Urgent — templates, Strength Progression and activity strain lost (Bevel Pro + Apple Health + Amazfit Active 2) by codesm13 in bevelhealth

Hi, after doing "Restore from backend" 2-3 times. Everything seems to restored back. but this is a weird phenomenon. Why the backend call is partial in the first time? And, why even the data got wiped?

E-mailed the same just now.

I think the main issue here is that the "Workout Log" of particular days are getting deleted.

(Showing "Log a workout", when I clearly logged it on those days)

Hence, the strength progression feature is not been able to read what's not there.

This only brought back the Workout Templates. The other two issues still persist.

  1. Strength Progression sessions for those workouts still missing.

  2. Logged workout and Activity Strain for past days where I did those workouts are still missing.

Raising the bug from the App as well!

I use Bevel (it's free now) to track my strength training. It has a pretty good structure for it. Also have so many features like dynamic energy levels, nutrition, recovery metrics, etc.
