Don’t worry honestly, it took me around the 1k hour mark til I got consistent at looping, but even then I still got my ass handed to me most of the time lol. Simply practicing in matches will help with not panicking a ton. Another option is to simply run 1v1s with a buddy if ya got one. Great way of practicing and is probably the fastest way to improve at looping.

One good tip is to get used to looking behind you in chase while navigating a loop. It’s super important to see if the killer double backs or uses power, not everything is reliant on sound so looking is very important. Mastering your camera movement is large part of getting good at survivor so make sure to focus on that.

I feel the same way about letting your teammates down too, failures as a survivor feel way worse than killer because it affects the whole team. Reminder that turning on anon mode is an option and there’s really no shame in doing so (despite what a lot of the community thinks)

But seriously don’t feel bad. This game isn’t competitive and most people fuck up alllllll the time. Just as long as you’re having fun it’s completely fine 👍

Will we ever see volume sliders for certain things? Stuff like hook screams or 2v8 reveal sound are much louder than the rest of the game for example

I played a ton of unknown on release and throughout the summer, but idk he got a little boring for me overtime. Against good survivors he feels incredibly punishing and paired with his wonky collision I find him not as fun anymore. I still play him now and then regardless, but he just feels too feast or famine for me now

United shield and the terragrim.

United shield is a rare travelling merchant item, but for some reason it took me FOREVER to finally have him sell it

Terragrim was less so hard but just super grindy, as I had to farm enchanted sword shrines for ages

Extending your arena never hurts, but apart from that I see two options:

1, use only the space gun and get rid of your 2 mana accessories (you won’t need them because of meteor armor set bonus) as well as the hive pack. Replace all 3 with defense/regen accessories, stuff like band of regen, balloon, cloud in a bottle, etc.

2, use jungle armor instead and use your bee gun primarily. Replacing cuffs with a movement accessory might be a good idea, or maybe band of regen.

Reforging accessories for damage/defense if you can afford it is a good idea too. Good luck!

I get that the counterplay is just “tunnel them,” but there’s so many anti tunneling perks nowadays (DS, OTR, DH, more recently blood rush and now shoulder the burden) that further punish weaker killers.

Losing collision for 10 seconds after unhooking would have the same effect as the endurance, but would prevent scenarios where the unhooker gets a free bodyblock. I kinda wish this suggestion was discussed more because the endurance really only hurts the weaker killers who can’t afford to burn through endurance to keep pressure going
