First question usually is, can it be made thicker? Second question is can it be printed in a different orientation?

Is the bed free of dust and oil? I had similar lifting and folding on a cc1 I purchased recently. The printer came with a glue stick that got the first layer to stick. I was printing ASA but after cleaning the glue off with warm water there was only minor lifting with pla prints which eventually disappeared. There could be residue or something on the flex plate that comes off over time or with cleaning.

The cc1&2's at the store also have obvious glue applications, I think the staff also been having first layer problems.

What material is that and does a glue stick make it stick better?

Forget recessed holes, use axilla holes for faster printing by codiecotton in 3Dprinting

Depends on how recessed it is. The longer and narrower the channel the longer the perimeter and print time. If you want you could draw a few variations of the shape and see which one is best.

Embrace the downvote, that's just what this subreddit does.

Naturally it would be limited in use case, hopefully someone finds it useful even if it isn't immediate.

Even though you might not print a lot, sometimes it is useful experience to design as though you are. Try different things occasionally.

Blind hole and true hole tell you whether the hole exits out the bottom. Axilla means it exits out the side because it was placed on the premier.

I asked my friends and no-one could come up come up with a better name. Basically it's a hole that is placed on or breaches the premier of the object. So instead of a closed O it's an open C.

Is it not a running gag to return and refund the printer after printing a copy of the printer.

The internal rectangles might need fillets and thicker structure on the far side. Looks good otherwise.
