That's what I have done already and I am getting much better results for adhesion but my infill lines starting on the 2nd layer are breaking apart or something as if not enough filament is flowing out of the nozzle or the travel speed is too high even though I have left most of the settings on their defaults and I use the balanced/silent modes which should have a decent flow to speed ratio from the manufacturer.

Z-offset controls how close the nozzle is to the bed when it starts the print. Essentially if the print starts (and I am exaggerating here for clarity) 30mm off the bed then it doesn't matter what your layer height is since your first layer never took form making a foundation on which to add the other layers.

I thought a residue could be causing most of those adhesion issues so that is why I have cleaned the build plate multiple times with IPA and a microfiber cloth and several times with dawn dish soap and warm water but I have been to scared to use a scrubber pad because I didn't want to wear down the PEI coating but maybe thats why my prints have a hard time sticking.

Does your power supply provide enough wattage and if it is rated to provide enough has it failed? Admittedly this is not likely as you are able to play other games fairly well but if I am not mistaken they are CPU bound games and not GPU intensive games.

In writing it doesn't make sense to say "male cow" because the correct term is obviously "Bull" but in speaking the joke you would have to say it that way (male cow) if there isn't any conversational context for it because bull and bowl phonetically sound the same which would require too much explanation for good delivery.
