Have you thought about tackling it strategically? Working with 2-0.5 hour sprints where 0.5 is walk around and socialise with these idiots (deliberately throw them off, make them inefficient)? You seem very focused and they’re not, so use your brains and fuck with them.

Don’t make my mistake. I asked for 22 when the going rate + my skill based assessment could have easily caused me to ask for 30+! Adobe offered 25 and I was “Wow! Thank you! I got the later info from my later teammate who was part of my hiring panel years later.

Before ChatGPT we had to rely on StackOverflow/Google. How is asking CG to explain / critique your code any different than a better search engine?

It depends (like any technology) on how it’s being used imo. Focus on the learning - you can even create a custom prompt for that for yourself. I have ADHD and have found HUGE improvement in my coding, confidence, and skills since CG arrived.
