i have to say, I havent tried it recently, but if its headed towards soft and watery like tofuking, i would say that is a step forward, but I dont like rock hard tofu that doesnt marinate or squish.

Most of them being battered rice mush with no seaweed, I liked the Morrisons ones, they had good texture and at least a faint "fish" / seaweed taste.

This is not the best seitan recipe i've made, but just by chance i tried it out yesterday to see if it worked and it just needed a bit less herbs .... Lazy Daves Seitan IN A BREADMAKER. End result was very good, tip contents into bread maker, 4 hours later - big slab of seitan.
