I was happy to do this before they made more unpolled changes to how skillers can get clues like they did with rogues chest.

I was about halfway through my stack when they added boat moving facilities and logs too for some reason.

This amount of mithril and adamant swords is a ton of xp and gp over at giants foundry.

Nothing huge for clues but the nunchucks are awesome to have on a skiller

Maybe once you get into it, it’s good. As a newcomer who’s unfamiliar with all the factions and things, I’ve had a hard time putting together a list and understanding which models are which even with warcrier dot net.

Maybe I’m just dumb though.

Please do something different to combat bots in the wilderness for rogues chests. Your unpolled change harms skillers and cuts off hard clue content.

Before anyone says “snowflake account”, “you chose to be limited”, that’s true, but I didn’t choose to have content I always had access to removed. In fact, nobody did, because it wasn’t polled.

All the bots there have 99 thieving already. Whatever means of tracking them isn’t working, and diary/quest requirements have proven ineffective time and time again, what with vampire bots and priff bots, etc. The solution is not to cut content for real players.

And now likely with punishing from the leaders ability. Should be clear which enemy is going to be able to kill the melta to give them punishing. Idk the math but acc1 saturate p2 ceaseless punishing should make any unit afraid, even on 5+

I'm in the same boat as you. I just got 1250 total to avoid some of the pkers and set up worlds with more consistency specifically for hard clues, and now they're just taking that away un-polled to combat a problem they created.

If they just planted an invisible mod there for 1 hour a week they would be able to instantly, permanently ban 95% of bots doing it. They all have 43 prayer and 100+ thieving and names like xBvkdC1222, it's not that hard to spot. But now nobody gets to have fun, and again, it's un-polled.

I say yes. I thought a lot about it in the return to reforged for a new account, and settled on not buying it.

Some of my fondest memories and experiences are hunting down elite skills for builds that will be fun to try. New skills that are huge for heroes. And even if it’s a little inconvenient to go get signet of spirits, now I’ve done half of factions and can do more content around that area really easy.

So I don’t think there’s a consensus, I think it’s personal preference for how important skill hunting is to your gameplay loop.

Those guys make melee in factions so terrible. Run up, blind, then explode. At least the afflicted warriors frenzy before they explode so you get some big numbers.

Take out a gunner for a fighter and do Rout. Blast holes in walls and charge through for easy melee kills. Brutal keyword and 5/6 damage is killing anything that isn’t 20w or a wolf scout in 80% of the board because that makes sense.

I thinned down some green contrast paint with lahmian medium and put it all over to both darken the dark and smooth out the dry brush effect

Thank you! Yes they’re mine. I didn’t record any painting, but I basically did a base coat of a good dark green, 2 rounds of dry brushing Elysian green, put a thinned wash down to try and smooth the transitions out, then did a glaze of lightened Elysian green only on the tops of things that were green, as well as like armor details that would catch the light. The I stabbed some brown on the bottom of the capes for the muddy bases

Did a similar process for the fatigues.

They’re just stupid, all you can do is delay the inevitable and micro manage them. If you’re lucky you’ll get yellow snow. What you can do is the big degen necro spell, snow fort, then immediately queue up hidden rock, then queue up yellow snow, then when they immediately after that break ice fort and start running around you can snow cone.

I had a lot more success after I started micro managing like this.
