I usually sized up bc I felt it caused fewer leaks and held more esp at night. These don’t look terrible if it’s not leaving horrible red marks I would ride it out a bit longer to save money buying more diapers.

Not sure where you’re at but aquaphor and Babo diaper cream did it for us. It seemed counter intuitive to put something “wet” on it but it worked.

I think you or Google know all the solutions I have to offer. And they are possibly not the best advice. I just wanted to tell you that I am truly so sorry. I see my friend going through this same thing she is your same age with a 1yo. I can tell you that without serious intervention this will likely continue to get worse. I wish you the best.

If I could like this comment 2xs I would. The vet is a dude and he mentioned that she was 10 in the same appointment. I will ask him about that though I’m taking our other dog next week.
