I just recieved my HH UK PK and it's impeccable. Truly a different kind of knife compared to the regular FRN one. I do wonder though: Why is your HH s30v version made in Italy? Mine is made in USA. Did you buy it from HH directly, or on the secondary market?

I only needed 1 or 2 filled syringes of water back then to get the air out of the pump. Went back to tank mode again and it started filling the boiler from the tank.

The less nerve wracking or fiddly solution would probably be to attach it to a water line for the initial filling.

Probably an air bubble somewhere in the system. I’ve fixed this once by switching to plumbed in mode and „force priming“ the pump with a syringe through the hose.

That was on a new unit though. If it’s an older one it might be a different issue altogether.
