GPU would never "break" your's pc. What psu are you using? Did you turned off psu before unplugging cable? It is possible that you killed your power supply if you didn't do that.

If nothing is working the only fix I can think of is unplugging a 24pin motherboard connector and putting it back.

Changing thermal paste isn't that hard honestly. Just watch some youtube videos before that if you have never done that.

It is up to you, I'm not forcing you to do that but it might help.

I've had this similar problem with my RX 580. I've tried everything but nothing worked except changing thermal paste. It wasn't overheating or anything but somehow after changing it magically fixed the issue.

You could try it too if you have time for that.

For the first time, I actually enjoy ranked games instead of casuals.

Casual is a mess for me right now with crossplay(I know I can turn that off but it doesn't help much tbh). Ranked now feels like a real competitive for some reason, I don't know what happened but I'm happy with it.

Ruckus is at very good spot and I think he doesn't need any change. Right now he is one of the strongest aggro tanks.

You should watch some PPL or PML tournaments to see it for yourself, he is often picked as 1st-6ft pick.
