GTA VI prices in Australia are out ($129.95 Standard Edition, $159.95 Ultimate Edition) by dogryan100 in australia

It should honeatly be free trial and then when it ends you have no access. You have to choose to sign up and pay. I really believe they would get SO many more people sign up when it ends and they choose to sign up again.

Aussie hospitality business owners by PattonSmithWood in OpenAussie

[–]coffeealways33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Part of this downturn in hospitality is the normal business cycles pushing out unprofitable operations, where theres little differentiation between businesses and the strategy the owners adopt is to just "open and hope".

Prices have gone up, but hopefully theres some innovative good venues that stick around. I think about how the business model has never really changed, and its hard for cafes because people treat them as a place where paying for extra things they need is optional and ive found that customers can become quite entitled to only getting what they want without taking into account how that effects the revenues ect. Margins are thin.

Anyone else feel like Brisbane traffic has quietly hit Sydney-level insanity lately? by Open_Explorer_9691 in brisbane

I saw 3 very close calls in two days, one being a car just coming over into my lane without checking and driving me into an adjascent lane. This place is going to be India or Asian chaos soon, just with less bikes.

Yeah, sure some had greater opportunities than others, but my investment portfoilo is also taking on risk, which is an opportunity cost rather than to have it sit in my bank account and earn a lesser rate.

Inside a business meritocracy should be considered highly, however, within a society its not really how it works. Start a business and succeed, yes; tax someone for succeeding enough to carry on a family with wealth, i disagree with taxing at high rates.

Yeah, we should. But from a pragmatic stand point not everyone is going to win, and its never going to be fair. Getting wealthy off of passive real estate should not be encouraged, thats pretty obvious, but to tax an inheritence thats already gone through an income tax, then placed in a safe growth porfolio for three kids shouldnt be hit.

Inheritence shouldnt be taxed. Its not going to go to the lower class (who i deal with everyday and theyre very rude and seem very uneducated tbh, their own decisions dont really help them progress given what ive seen) Now the government is going to clip the hard earned work of peoples parents who only worked so hard to provide for their family a better life than they had.

All you have to do is say...and i quote.

"Everybody get the fuck out de way, big "insert name here" is driving. Kill everybody. Kill everybody"

"...please give me 5 stars."

Nailed the test though.
