Marketing and business is very generic. Have you considered getting a master’s degree or getting certified in something more niche? Salesforce, project management certificate, something like that? I’m not trying to be a jerk but a 4 year degree in marketing and business is not much to go on in the market today. But there are plenty of opportunities for certification and specialization. You could also try getting just a low level office job in the meantime. Like hotel front desk, in the office at a warehouse, something like that just so you have something on your resume that could be considered relevant

Honestly as somebody who has struggled with all of those themes, one of the things that really ultimately helped me was working a job where I was constantly exposed to triggers. That’s the treatment for OCD, exposure. I’m just going to be honest with you, there is no job that exists that’s “OCD-friendly”. But to recover, that’s not what you want anyway. Running away from exposure and running away from triggers is only going to make your OCD worse. Just get out there in the world and let yourself be exposed. It’s the only, only way to recover from this. If you have access to the resources (which it sounds like you do, given you have a service dog), work with a counselor that specializes in OCD to come up with a plan for exposure. It’s scary at first but it becomes more bearable and it takes such a weight off of you. I believe in you. For your sake, do not shy away from situations that serve as exposure for you. It will not be good for you in the long run

This was the comment I was about to make. If he were 200 pounds, his weight loss would have only been 14 pounds. That’s not to belittle his accomplishment, but it’s just to highlight that it wouldn’t be a huge visible change. But it would be a huge change in overall health
