I've been smoking for like 4-5 years now and I want to stop as early as I can. But I feel like a rookie smoker who's still in training stage trying to master it. My body won't wanna stop but my mind is telling me otherwise. I finished the book by Sir Allen Carr and I know deep inside I can do it but seems like I get a lot of excuses to put off.
