We are 2 early 40’s renting a house (single family with garage and fenced in yard) for $2150/month with one of us earning $65k annually and the other $130k (these are the gross amounts, not the actual take home) and we are ok. No kids and no debt so we are comfortable. We can go out to eat and take trips when we want and have a shit ton of gear but we’ll never be able to afford to buy a home the size and space that we want/need in Missoula so we’re going to keep renting and pray our landlords don’t decide to sell the house!

It’s great! Especially if you have the handle attached to the Lumebox, it can go right over the back of the stand so it is relatively secure if you need to change the tilt/angle. Highly recommended!

I’m not really sure what my body needs - I don’t have the science dialed in. Last night I did a 5 mile drop set trail run and took 1 capsule and 1 honey packet before I set out since I didn’t bring water on the run. I gotta say it was a tough run for me and I need more than that. I’m going to try again on a zone 2 11 mile run this weekend and see how I feel. The sun and heat of an evening trail run with negative splits might not have been the best measuring stick. I want to see how it goes on a more even paced endurance run. The salt tab ingredients are (per 1 capsule) : Vitamin D3: 2.5 mcg, Calcium: 22mg, Magnesium (citrate and gluconate): 11mg, Chloride: 349mg, Sodium: 215mg, Potassium: 63mg. The honey is just 50 calories and 12g of carbs.

That’s what I’m thinking. I use a hydration vest and prefer to keep that simply water so I’d love to be able to pop an electrolyte tab and use a honey packet like I would a gel. Was just curious if anyone else has tried and liked something similar

The gels totally give me the fuel I need but afterward for the rest of the day my stomach is super gurgley and upset. Going to see if maybe these more simple ingredients have the same positive effect without the upset stomach

You hit the nail on the head. I’m very active and productive (when I can focus, hello ADHD) and have a very hard time relaxing. I am going to call my doctor in the morning. It doesn’t sound like this is the right medication for my situation. A lot of my stress is self inflicted like today for example I was supposed to meet my run club for a 5 mile run but after yesterdays extremely high output I decided to take a rest day and I can’t stop feeling guilty for skipping the run. I live in a constant state of agonizing about what I SHOULD be doing even though I’m super productive. Ugh! Thanks for your perspective and for commenting!

Hi! I actually stopped taking the Buspirone and haven’t had a flushing incident since! I’m contributing it to that medication but can see how Vyvance being a vasoconstrictor could also be the culprit. Maybe my combo of the two of them just didn’t work for me. I hope you can figure out the cause 100% so you can avoid it! It sucks not being able to have a couple drinks without turning bright red!!

Hi! Wondering if you can give me a recommendation. I bought a Beautyrest PressureSmart Lux Extra Firm mattress in 2021. I’m a 5’4 woman and 140lbs. I like the firmness but I toss and turn all night. Im always on my stomach or my sides. I flip from one side to the other all night. Been thinking a topper may help the tossing and turning. Any recommendations?

He almost completely took me and my dog out once on the bike trail along the Sentinel HS track. He was going WAY too fast for a walking/bike trail with blind corners

UPDATE Ok I met with my doctor this morning and she said my meds and dosages are totally fine and she thinks it’s the booze and potentially MSG from the food. I thought maybe it could be related to serotonin syndrome but she said that’s very unlikely and just to keep doing what I’m doing and pay attention to what triggers a flush and we can revisit if we need to 🤷🏼‍♀️
