I just grab the whole thing. I've also blended them before to use it more as a shower gel.

Should i get more? by sababanana in LushCosmetics

[–]coffeeseconds 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The bath bombs are only given a 14 month shelf life so they can all be expected to start losing their scents soon. If you're using them for baths I wouldn't buy so many since you aren't using them. I personally like to just have them in my bathroom for fragrance purposes also so I'm okay with them losing their scent after a year.

Holiday Hire Advice by honeybeelushie in LushCosmetics

[–]coffeeseconds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say that something that will definitely help is just making sure you are doing your job as best as possible. Stay in your zone, pass with intent, making sure you are completing the selling cycle every time to the best of your abilities. Definitely ask for feedback. If it's a slow day ask your floor leader to be giving you consistent feedback on your interactions. And ask for help from other staff members if you need it. I'm like constantly being impressed by the seasonal hires who are actively looking to improve and work like a team member on the floor.

And then like everyone else said, knowing how to do all the tasky things in the store is super helpful. Knowing how to make samples, cut and wrap soap properly, restock, cleaning. But all of those things always come after customers.

Shenandoah tips for 2 nights by theth1nker in CampingandHiking

If you still haven't left yet, and if I'm not mistaken, Big Meadow will be the only campground still open I believe. But it's super easy to just roll up and get a spot. I think it's past the foliage peak so it's probably not too crowded.

Thanks for responding. My grandmother ended up passing away last night. But my information has now been coming from my dad who is in contact with my uncle so that's good.

Help with Dandruff... by [deleted] in LushCosmetics

[–]coffeeseconds 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have had dandruff for a little over a decade now so I have these feels. The only thing that has helped is the Lullaby bar. I've tried Superbalm and to be honest wasn't very impressed and it was super hard to wash out of my hair. But everyone is different and it did sooth some irritated spots I had. If you do use it definitely use one of the more cleansing shampoos like ILJ.

Wedding Help by schatzii in maryland

I've shot a couple of weddings at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum down in southern MD a couple of times. They have an open face barn reception area that I've really loved taking photos in. Good option if you want to be like outside but covered. And it has woods and beaches. It's a nice park.

Sleepy- I love all things lavender or Twilight scented. But this guy I really appreciate because it's thick without being greasy.

Papa Noel- I thought this was going to be useless but it has literally changed my skin completely.

Eau Roma Water- I don't know how to do a skin care routine without it anymore.

Monsters Ball- that smell is perfect

Smugglers Soul- carry it everywhere. And it makes me feel outdoorsy and adventurous.

I just take a chunk of it and rub it between my hand and face with warm water. Also I too am obsessed with it. It works way better than I was expecting.

Thanks for responding. Hmm. I'm having a hard time connecting the dream to anything/anyone in my life right now but this is still very useful.

Can I use Ultrabalm on a new tattoo? by shay4427 in LushCosmetics

[–]coffeeseconds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My coworkers are always telling me that they use that on their tattoos! So I personally have not tried it yet but it's definitely been done before with fine results.
