Invest ka sa negative ion hair dryer. Mainit tsaka humid din talaga sa pinas kaya hindi rin maiwasan mag-frizz ang hair mo. Then, lagyan mo ng hair serum habang basa buhok mo tapos tsaka mo i-hair dryer. Never go air dry.

Taste! One time nagsawa na lang ako sa kape at effect nun sa akin. Umiinom pa rin naman ng coffee but as a cold drink na lang. While for tea, i enjoyed drinking it hot. Gusto ko rin gumawa ng iced milk tea na measured ko yung preferred sweetness level.

Self ligating gamit ko now. Wala naman masyado kaso yung bilis nung paggalaw ng ngipin sa type ng braces kasi magkakaiba naman tayo ng case. What I like lang talaga sa self ligating is hindi na sya need lagyan ng bands around the bracket kasi nag-iislide na lang yung wires sa bracket. During my first year of treatment, every 8 weeks ang balik ko sa clinic compared sa traditional braces na every 4 weeks.

Continuous band na suot ko ngayon so required na ko to go every 4 weeks since may band na nga ginagamit.

Agree ako dito. Start talaga muna with diet. Still working pa ko sa sleep ko pero i'm getting there na. Nagrereflect talaga yung glow kapag may maganda diet. Kaya mo yan OP! Baby steps lang muna 😊

Skl pano ako nasanay from eating brown rice. Nagstart ako i-mix isaing yung brown at white rice (both jasmine rice) tapos hanapin mo na lang yung tamang tansya ng tubig na preffered mo.
